If you run into a problem while generating a password, if something on the site looks broken, or if you have a question about how any of it works, write to us at:
Messages we find useful:
- A bug. Tell us the browser and, if you can, the options you had selected. A screenshot helps.
- A site that rejects our passwords. Which site, and what the error message said. It usually points at a symbol or a length cap, and it helps us document the workaround.
- A question that is not in the FAQ. If several people ask the same thing, it ends up on that page.
- A correction. If something we wrote about password security is out of date or wrong, we would rather know.
We do not ask for an account, and we have no support form to fill in. Email is the only channel.
