The Service is the exclusive property of www.createpass.net, Createpass.net grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the service, any other right being expressly excluded without our agreement.

In accordance with Internet practices and usage, advertising may be inserted within the service.

3. Availability of the service

www.createpass.net is accessible 24/7, except for interruptions, scheduled or not, for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure. www.createpass.net cannot, however, be held liable for damages, whatever their nature, resulting from unavailability of the service.
